D-Link has been selected as a finalist at the Consumer Electronics Association's (CEA) Mark of Excellence Awards 2009.
The company was selected for its D-Link Green technology policies.
D-Link was presented with the Mark of Excellence Award by the CEA's TechHome Division, which complemented the company's outstanding achievement and innovation in the field of consumer electronics, service provision and installation technologies such as RJ45 patch leads and connectors.
A finalist in the Supplier with the Best Environmentally Friendly Product, Service or Corporate Policy category, judges praised D-Link's commitment to saving the environment by using recyclable materials and packaging.
Steven Joe, president and chief executive officer of the network solutions provider, said: "We are honored and proud to be recognized for our Green Technology initiatives by such a prestigious organization as the CEA."
