Sonaecom chooses Cisco IP NGN

Sonaecom chooses Cisco IP NGNSonaecom – a leading provider in telecommunications, broadband and media in Portugal – will be using Cisco Internet Protocol Next-Generation Network (IP NGN) to improve its network.

The Portuguese company is hoping that the use of this technology will help turn its network into a platform for growth.

Cisco's resilient aggregation infrastructure is what attracted Sonaecom to the product and they hope it will provide business and residential customers with a high quality of experience.

It has been designed to with the company's particular growth plans in need and features high-speed fixed and mobile broadband, as well as improved virtual private networks (VPNs).
