SICL – a specialist network integration and technical services business – has been awarded a special status by Cisco.
The company has achieved Silver Partner Status with the global networking company due to its expertise in networking and its high standard of support capabilities.
SICL is one of a few companies in Britain that have integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into its business and showed necessary commitment through providing team training.
With the Cisco partner certification, SICL will now be able to build on its past work in supporting the networking giant solutions over the past 13 years.
Cliff Fox, managing director of SICL, said the certification was a "major achievement" for the Leeds-based company.
He added it was a "recognition of the hard work put in by our technical team to reach the extremely high standard of expertise demanded by Cisco".
Mr Fox added: "It is also great news for our customers who willbe able to benefit from our even closer access to Cisco's sales and technical resources and gain the peace of mind knowing that they are working with a trusted Cisco partner."
