Sagem-Interstar has announced its new XmediusFax 5.5.2 fax server is to support Cisco Unified Communication Manager, version 6.1.
The company is a global leader in advanced fax solutions for IP networks and its announcement of its Cisco deal will enable the standardisation of SIP deployments across the network.
This in turn will ensure an increase in interoperability with SIP providers. Sagem-Interstar will showcase the new fax server at the VoiceCon Orland 2008 event being held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Centre in Orland this week.
