Information technology provider Cedacri has chosen a Cisco data centre infrastructure in order to cut costs, according to media reports.
The technology will enable Cedacri to bring down the costs of bringing in new customers from Milan, Italy.
The costs will be reduced by eliminating the need to build a local data centre, website Computer Business Review reports.
Cisco's networking technology will enable the company to increase its presence in the Italian financial centre, linking two already-existing data centres in Parma and Alessandria.
Financial organisations will also be able to access Cedacri's banking services, which include data storage, disaster recovery and IT outsourcing.
