Retail banks are to receive help from new integrated front office solutions being launched by Cisco and IBM, according to reports.
The solutions will help to up customer interaction through products including video, VoIP and data, website Computer Business Review reports.
It includes an optimised network which will offer an integrated wireless network suited to VoIP, data and video technologies.
Paul Jameson, director of marketing for financial services at Cisco, told the website: "Banks can now automatically synchronise their multi-channel environments and enrich all client touch points across and beyond the branch to improve satisfaction and drive organic growth."
