Avaya was named winner of the Vender Channel Programme during an awards ceremony in London over the weekend.
The business communications and systems provider beat off competition from companies including Cisco, Microsoft and Citrix Systems.
The Channel Network Awards held at the London Hilton saw Avaya recognised as providing resellers with the best opportunities for companies to increase their profitability by using their products.
Buddie Ceronie, vice president of Avaya's northern Europe and southern Africa regions, said: "The Avaya Channel Programme is a progressive partnership approach with recognises the significant role business partners play in the development of the Avaya brand and rewards them accordingly.
"We are delighted, in turn to be recognised and rewarded for our Channel Programme by the very people it is meant to serve."
