ASC is exhibiting the latest version of its VoIP recording solution EVOip for Cisco at a conference this week.
The company is a leading global provider of solutions to record, evaluate and analyse communications.
It is showcasing its new product at the Cisco Networkers Conference in Barcelona from January 22nd to 24th.
The EVOip for Cisco records all the customer interactions within Cisco environments and has been certified through the Cisco Technology Developer Programe.
It is compatible with any version of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM).
Harald Zapp, chief operating officer at ASC, said: "The Technology Developer Program requires rigorous testing to ensure a seamless fit with Cisco solutions. We are honored to earn its approval for EVOip and look forward to demonstrating many of our system's features at the Networkers Conference."
