ESL introduces new multi-channel switch - Value Switches

ESL introduces new multi-channel switch - Value Switches Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL) has unveiled a brand new RJ45switch that sports 16 channels and allows users to share one device on each channel with two others.

The M9716 does not require any power and is compatible with all existing RJ45 interfaces.

Each of the 16 channels has a robust A/B switch that can be individually controlled via a knob located on the switch's front panel.

The unit is rated for 10/100/1,000Gbps networks and supports cabling standards up to Cat5e.

ESL's M9716 follows hot on the heels of the company's Cat5e lead compatible M9074 switch, which is aimed at companies that need a device for their process control systems.

The M9074 has a manually operated keylock switch and requires no external power.

It can be mounted on standard server rack or server cabinet DIN rails and has the ability to share single RJ45 devices with two others on each of its eight channels.ADNFCR-1186-ID-19494035-ADNFCR
