ICB Bank deploys Cisco services

ICB Bank deploys Cisco servicesICB Bank has deployed Cisco's service-oriented network architecture and Network Admission Control Solution, according to reports.

The Vietnam-based bank has chosen the Cisco architecture in order to help unify its network-based services, website Computer Business Review reports.

These services include mobility, security and location, while the Network Admission Control solution allows the bank to implement security policies.

"As a leading bank in Vietnam, ICB must conduct highly reliable and highly secure financial transactions," said Pham Anh, vice general director of ICB.

"The deployment of advanced technologies such as Cisco service-oriented network architecture and network admission control will help to improve the efficiency and security of our systems and provide a platform for the future expansion of our operations outside of Vietnam."
