Super Micro Computers gave a glimpse of the new Superblade and 1U Twin servers at the Intel Developer Forum in Shanghai, China.
Both solutions deliver 'industry leading' performance through 93 per cent power efficiency and a seven year life-cycle, according to the company.
The technology will utilise Intel's 'San Clemente' 5100 chipset and the system can be housed in the 7U DataCentre Blade Chassis capable of holding up to 14 servers.
Charles Liang, chief executive and president of Super Micro, said that that the technology was "ideal for data centre environments".
"In addition, our new SBI-7125C blade server in the 10-blade 7U OfficeBlade(TM) enclosure provides industry-leading energy efficiency and low-noise operation at less than 50dB, making it an excellent choice for office environments," he added.
Alternatively the 1U Twin 6015TC SuperServer enables users to fit four quad-core chips and boasts a 90 per cent power efficiency.
