Netgear is taking a modular approach to server sales and has introduced the ReadyNAS 2100.
The one-unit four-bay server rack is designed so that company's can store and protect business-critical information while sharing other data over local area networks.
The ReadyNAS 2100 includes a power supply and cooling fans and uses an innovative drag-and-drop interface for remote access.
Netgear's ReadyNAS 2100 can hold up to four SATA hard disc or solid state drives and is compatible with Micrsoft Windows, Unix or Apple's OSX operating systems.
The firm recently unveiled the ProSecure UTM system, which offers extra security without impacting on network speed.
