Load bank rental solutions provider ComRent has claimed that its CRLS 11.5 rack-mounted load bank is ideal for use in mission critical data centres.
Firms with a vital facility holding their data cabinets may want to consider using the product, which gives them the ability to vary electrical loan, heat and airflow.
Clayton Taylor, chief executive officer of ComRent, commented: "The ability to virtually eliminate the risk of making changes to a production environment after commissioning makes the 11.5 rack-mounted load bank an ideal solution for mission critical data centres."
The product allows three load steps per channel and five different load combinations.
It also features thermal protection, support to prevent power supply shut-down and wrong voltage detection.
Earlier this week, Sberbank announced the opening of Europe's largest data centre in Yuzhney Port, reported the Moscow Times.
It cost $1.2 billion (£746 million) to develop and it covers 16,500 sq m.
