Loan origination and software provider Calyx Software has released its new Point and Point Data Server versions 6.1.
The newest Point software now includes status checklist and means users can better manage their workflow.
A number of features have also been integrated into the Calyx Network, including initial disclosure, hazard insurance categories and closing documents.
Improvements to the newest version include more ways to streamline the loan process and the reorganisation of banker screens.
Through the Point Data Server software, company workers can access centralised loan files and templates wherever they are working.
It also includes an automatic file synchronisation capability and makes sure files are on the central server rather than on an individual employee's computer.
"Our goal is to ensure that Point and Point Data Server consistently remain the product of choice in the mortgage industry," Dennis Boggs, senior vice president of CalyxSoftware, said.
"The newest versions enable users to remain compliant, and work more efficiently while increasing the number of loans closed. Version 6.1 paves the way for some exciting additions to come in the near future."
