Sigma Systems has received praise in the Internet Telephony Magazine's tenth annual Product of the Year Award.
It won for the outstanding innovation of its Residential Voice Service Package – an OSS service management solution.
The package is pre-configured to define provision and maintain IP-based voice services on any broadband network.
Tim Spencer, president and chief operating officer for Sigma Systems, said: "Internet Telephony's Product of the Year awards honour the leading companies and achievements in our industry.
