Communications and internet service provider TitanDSL has pledged to restore its customer support operation which has been down since builders accidentally cut through some of the firm's underground cabling.
The issue was compounded by the fact that BT needed to get planning permission before the network equipment could be repaired.
Speaking to ISPreview, a spokesperson from TitanADSL, said: "Our phone lines will be back up on either Tuesday or Wednesday as we would like to ensure everything is working as it should be.
"Email is being answered however not as quick as it once was due to having limited staff working which was down to phone lines being down."
Recently, Point Topic unveiled a new fibre optic cable networking demand map.
The map also shows where BT will be introducing fibre optic cabling over the course of the next few months as part of its Next Generation Access Rollout scheme.
