Cisco has joined forces with BT to launch a new unique unified communications package targeted at small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs), according to reports.
The package, dubbed Communications Complete, works to integrated structured cabling, hosted email, internet access, broadband voice and Office Anywhere, along with a number of other applications.
It will first be available for up to 48 workers and will later increase to up to 100 workers, website Computer Business Review reports.
Bill Murphy, managing director of BT Business, told the website: "Unified communication solutions may be the difference between agility and fragility for SMEs in the battle to beat big business and respond to today's demanding consumers.
"What BT Communications Complete offers SMEs is access to a broad range of tools that help manage changing resource needs and, therefore, they are fleet of foot and as responsive to customers, if not more so, than the competition."
