Brocade picks up Computerworld Hong Kong award - Network Cables

Brocade has been awarded an accolade in the Computerworld Hong Kong awards.

All the winners were determined by readers of Computerworld, who judged network supplies against criteria such as product quality, service excellence and leading innovation.

Charlie Foo, Brocade vice president for APAC, said: “VCS Fabric technology plays a key role in enabling the On-Demand Data Center(tm) vision to deliver new levels of automation, efficiency and network agility for our customers.

“This is our fundamental strategy as we will continue to build technology solutions that address both current and future data centre networking requirements.”

Mr Foo went on to say the company is honoured to be regarded as a leader in the technology.

Brocade introduced the industry’s first Ethernet fabric switching solution in 2010, with fabrics developed on the company’s VCS Fabric technology.
