Communications company Inclarity has chosen Comverse IP Centrex and IP Trunking solutions to provide its enterprise customers with fixed mobile convergence (FMC) services.
Comverse announced the UK hosted VoIP provider's latest move earlier this week.
By utilising Comverse's services, Inclarity hopes to increase the effectiveness of its communication services.
Having worked with Comverse for five years, in this next stage the company hopes that Comverse will help it extend its "footprint in the managed VoIP market".
Adrian Hughes, CEO of Inclarity, said: "Comverse Converged IPCentrex enables us to sharpen our differentiation and offer real FMC for the first time, enabling our customers to be more flexible in their communications and significantly cut costs."
Commenting on the plans, Benny Einhorn, corporate marketing officer of Comverse, said that the software includes sophisticated IP telephony and FMC services which will help to boost employee satisfaction.
He added: "In today's converging telecommunications landscape, the roles of service providers are becoming blurred and Comverse solutions for Converged IP Communications, Converged Billing and Value-added Services support operators' initiatives to strengthen market position."
