Siemens Enterprise Communications has launched a new IP-based unified communications toolset.
The new HiPath OpenOffice ME has been designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises, with between 20 and 150 users.
The product has been designed to be installed in only a few hours, without the need for other devices, applications or accessories.
Martin Northend, director of SME portfolio marketing at Siemens, said: "To bring HiPath OpenOffice ME to market, we took a new and open approach to meet the needs of smaller businesses and the channels serving them.
"We are eager to bring the Siemens Open Communications architecture to this significant segment of the marketplace, as well as further enable growth, profitability and business success for SMBs."
