New network tool from Radware - Network Tools

New network tool from Radware - Network ToolsA new solution has been released that gives data centres and private networks protection against the latest hybrid attacks.

Radware has released APSolute Attack Prevention, which defends networks against threats such as application vulnerability, information theft, authentication defeat, malware spread, network anomalies, application downtime and network downtime.

The network tool has been unveiled in the wake of recent cyber attacks, such as the Conficker malware, that exploit multiple vulnerabilities.

Charles Kolodgy, research vice president for security products at the International Data Corporation, explained why the new product could be important to businesses.

He said: "We are witnessing through the widespread attacks on enterprises and governments a distinct change in the threat landscape.

"Cybercriminals and hackers are using attack vectors that employ not just one but multiple threat types and don't always exploit known vulnerabilities."

Meanwhile, small businesses were recently told by a reviewer that the Netgear ProSecure UTM10 may be the right security solution for them, particularly as it can cope with HTTPS traffic.
