Zeus Technology Named Top Networking Product
Zeus Technology's ZXTM Virtual Appliance (VA) has been named the networking product of the year at a top awards ceremony.
The product was picked by a panel of 22 judges at the CNET Network UK annual Business Technology awards.
ZXTM VA beat off competition from products by Blue Coat, Packeteer, Sarian Systems and Ruckus Wireless.
It was awarded for its ease of configuration and its availability as a virtual appliance.
Paul Brennan, chairman of Zeus Technology, said: "It is a genuine honour and a pleasure to accept the Networking Product of the Year award.
"It validates the strategic direction Zeus Technology has taken, which enables the growing number of users of virtualisation to gain greater value from their virtual infrastructures."
