Cable conduit manufacturer Adaptaflex has introduced a new range of single component products for protection in both wet and dry conditions.
The Adaptalok ATS range offers a choice of conduit fittings that the company claims are fast and easy to fit.
Adaptaflex claims the devices reduce cabling installation times for contractors and as they are made from one piece of plastic there is no possibility of losing components.
"The culmination of an extensive development programme, the fittings are manufactured from Nylon and elastomer materials," the company states.
Meirion Buck of Adaptaflex said when compared against all major competitors its products have measurable advantages and offer exceptional protection for critical power and data cabling.
According to industry expert Gerald Myers, outdoor cabling enclosures have always provided protection but have failed to keep up with the latest developments in the cabling sector.
He said composite enclosures offer better protection for many data and power cabling systems.
