The Waterproof Ethernet Buccaneer family has been widened to include two new panel mount versions, it has been revealed.
The connectors will use standard RJ45 connectors to now be available for PCB mounting and IDC termination.
Rear-of-panel mounting connector the PX0839/PC has been created for direct PCB mounting.
It also provides an anchor point for the PCB and enables the user to assemble and test the product before fitting it to the panel.
The PX0839/IDC provides the same rear-of-panel mounting, however, with IDC terminations.
Both versions maintain the Cat5e system performance and mate with previous flex connectors.
