Neutrik has showcased its new EtherCon series for Cat6 cables at a music products trade show in the US earlier this month.
The NAMM Show is one of the largest music products trade show in the US and is held every January in Anaheim, California.
Following on from its XX series XLR cable connector, Neutrik showcased its EtherCon Cat6 series at the event.
The series offers a rugged patch cable solution including a metal housing for RJ45 cable connectors, thus protecting them from mechanical load.
Jim Cowan, president of Neutrik USA, said: "Extended bandwidth coupled with a push-pull locking mechanism makes Neutrik's newest EtherCon for Cat6 the new must-have for live stage and studio productions.
"Introducing the EtherCon for Cat6 cable enables us to stay at the forefront of this growing bandwidth trend."
