New all-in-one RJ45 crimp tool launched - Network Cables An upgraded all-in-one RJ45 crimp tool has been launched by Specialized Products Company (SPC) to complement its comprehensive selection of off-the-shelf tool kit solutions.

Targeted at professional system integrators, cable installers, AV and home security professionals and IT professionals, the new 1561 Paladin RJ45 crimp tool is designed for daily use.

According to SPC, the network cabling accessory is developed for WE/SS and RJ45 standard and snagless modular plugs, as well as RJ11/12/22 plugs.

The product features four crimp profiles in addition to three cutting and stripping functions and users do not need to change die sets.

A strong all-metal construction and dual-durometer grips for improved comfort and control are also offered by the tool, which cuts and strips 28-22 AWG round and flat satin cable.

The company also revealed that the connectors are CAT 5e-rated for round and flat, solid or standard operations.

Harting recently introduced the Han-Yellock series of connectors that are aesthetically pleasing yet practical.
