A new line of Stride industrial-grade unmanaged Ethernet switches has been launched by AutomationDirect.
The company is also launching new media converters. The Ethernet switches have been built for industrial environments and are designed for drive, PLC and HMI users.
There are five-port and eight-port Ethernet switches available, as well as four-port and eight-port switches with one 100BaseF fibre port and an Ethernet to Fibre Media Converter.
The converter changes 10/100BaseTX Ethernet to 100BaseFX Ethernet through an RJ45 connection.
RJ45 ports, 10BaseT (10 Mbps) and 100BaseT (100 Mbps) are supported by the Stride switches.
