Companies looking to future proof their installations may want to sample a new high-performance fibre optic cable from Eurotech Technologies.
The Bangalore-based technology distribution company has announced that the BestNet fibre optic cable is suitable for long-distance communications systems, LAN systems and subscriber network systems.
Among its main selling points are the fact that it is resistant to being crushed, scuffed and cut through, while tight-buffered fibres ensure that the product maintains reliability and performance.
Anuj Jain, managing director of Eurotech Technologies, explained that the cables have a wider target audience than those looking to reduce installation costs.

Estimations suggest that 65 per cent of homes in the UK are able to benefit from fibre optic broadband, which is superior to older copper telephone lines because individuals living further from an exchange do not have to put up with slower speeds.
