Network equipment manufacturer D-Link has been selected to showcase its green networking hardware at a major US health expo.The firm will take part in the HealthAchieve 2009 Conference and Exhibition at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Part of the Venture Green initiative, the company will have a booth alongside other leading network equipment manufacturers and distributors.
"D-Link Networks is proud to participate as a Venture Green exhibitor in this award-winning show," said Sam Vergiris, D-Link director of sales.
He added: "We are also proud that the reason we were chosen is because of our position at the forefront of delivering energy efficient solutions to the healthcare industry."
Recently, D-Link's DIR-685 storage router won a 2009 Good Design Award in the Network, Home Computers and Peripherals category.
Commenting on receiving the accolade, Harrison Albert, regional sales director at D-Link said the commendation reflects the company's commitment to innovative design and its strong understanding of customer's needs.
