Wireless VGA solution from cabling firm

A leading provider of cabling and network connectivity solutions has launched a new wireless VGA adapter.

Networking equipment provider Cables To Go unveiled the TruLink Wireless USB to VGA Adapter Kit, which allows for the broadcast of video content from a computer to a remote monitor 30 feet away.

The device uses ultra wide band technology and can transmit high-resolution UXGA and WSXGA video with a maximum resolution of 720p.

Bill Diederich, president of Lastar, the parent company of Cables To Go, said its new adapter demonstrates the company's ability to deliver high-quality wired and wireless connectivity solutions.

He added that the USB to VGA Adapter Kit was an innovative product and can be used to support multiple users from anywhere within a room.

It is suitable for both home and business use, according to the manufacturer.

Cables To Go was established in 1984 and is continuing to grow after 24 years of trading.
