Sigma Systems and Xener Systems have announced a strategic alliance over VoIP solutions in Korea and the Asia Pacific.
Sigma Systems is a leading provider of OSS service management solution design, development and deployment, while Xener provides next generation networks.
Tim Spencer, president of Sigma Systems, said: "Softswitch vendors now recognise the value of an integrated service management platform to enable operators to deliver an end-to-end solution as an integral part of a complete service delivery model.
"As such, we have forged a strategic alliance to embark on a joint marketing and sales strategy that will provide a holistic solution for Xener's current and prospective customers in Korea and APAC."
Yong-Gu Kang, CEO of Xener Systems, added that the deal will allow them to "gain momentum" to expand into new markets.
The solution includes the ability to create new bundles of residential and commercial services including hostedvoice services for small businesses, unified messaging, residential telephony features and Centrex and IP-Centrex call features.
